“I like people who smile when it’s raining”

…And raining it was! This sweet girl braved the weather (dark clouds, fog, mist, drizzle) for her half outdoor, half indoor senior session in January at the Palace of Fine Arts and the piano room at her high school. Amelia kept her huge, gorgeous smile the entire time! She is an absolute beauty. For the indoor part of her session, I was thrilled to be able to hear her play the piano and incorporate something dear to her heart into her portraits. Even though it isn’t necessary, I do think it’s great when seniors can make their sessions more personal to them (like Sophia’s ballet shoes) especially integrating a talent or something that has been a big part of their identity before going off to college. Here are a few of my favorites from Amelia’s session!
